- 20-30g — Candied citron peel (2601AA)
- 75g grated coconut
- 225g Chiddam Blanc de Mars
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 55g brown sugar
- 86g unsalted butter
- pinch kosher salt
- 1 egg
- 30g One one cacao St Mary Chocolate, roughly chopped
- ~ 60ml thin coconut milk + ~ 120ml cashew kefir (just enough to form a dough)
