Plum cake
- Mix oil, yogurt, zest, eggs sugar and starter
- Sift in drys
- Add to pan, bake for 15 at 350º?
- Press in plums, skin side down, top with sugar, bake for 30

- 1/2 cup yogurt
- some kefir cheese / labneh
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 40g stoneground rye flour
- 40g stoneground buckwheat flour
- 3g baking powder
- 2g kosher salt
- 2g ground cardamom
- 150g sugar, plus some for sprinkling on top
- 110g starter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp cardamom extract
- some nutmeg
- 500g plums
